Support Music and Beyond with the Ottawa Wine Auction

March 8th, Ottawa – Music and Beyond is pleased to announce the Spring 2017 Edition of their OTTAWA WINE AUCTION happening at the beautiful Jean Pigott Place in the Ottawa City Hall on the 24th of March 2017.

The Spring 2017 Ottawa Wine Auction, like its previous editions, is a premier fundraising event for Music and Beyond that helps the festival to achieve its goals of presenting world-class performances and fostering the appreciation of classical music and the arts. The Ottawa Wine Auction is another fabulous way for the Festival to go “beyond” in its pursuit of connecting classical music with other forms of culture.

It is the place to get insights on the world of fine wine, whether you are a connoisseur, a collector or a beginner. This edition offers an impressive collection of some of the most excellent wine from France, Italy and around the world. Once again, Canada’s leading auctioneer and widely known wine expert Stephen Ranger will be joining from Toronto to call the spring edition of the Auction.

Some of the top bottles from the current roster of wines, highlighted by renowned wine critics, including Rod Phillips and Matt Steeves, will be featured on our blog. Véronique Rivest, literally one of the World’s Best Sommeliers, is the Patron of the Spring 2017 Ottawa Wine Auction.

Whether you enjoy the occasional glass of wine or have an established cellar, there will be something for everyone. Check out the auction items that are now available  and start bidding online today!
